If you could add your feedback regarding the TRoS Core PDF here that would be extremely helpful. I'll maintain a track of known issues and when updated versions of the PDF are available for download.

Many thanks,

Known Issues

Missing Header/Footer (including page number)
Page 24 - 29

Vhord's character sheet is stuffed
Page 29

Whole Page Images Mis-Aligned
The images that denote the end of a book are skewed. This is caused by the OmniPage as it automatically attempts to align the image. Curiously, it doesn't use the edge of the image but rather looks for a straight line withing the image that is running close to vertically and then skews the image so that line is running vertically. This is a quirk of the process and it is unlikely that I will correct it.

Equipment Lists
Page 208 - 212
The tiny font used in these tables led to large numbers of missed OCRings. i, l, and 1 as well as 0 and O were often misinterpreted. I corected many on the fly but there will be some that I have missed.

Appendices
Anyone who ever lays text over an image for page after page is making their document unreadable for many people with impaired vision. I used the freely available download from the TRoS website for the appendix and then re-OCRed it (taking it down from 30Mb to 2Mb). I think this section is just as legible as the printed book, meaning "not very" but not much can be done about it without doing the layout afresh.

Index
Like the equipment lists the tiny font has caused OCRing issues.

Regards,

I just noticed a problem with the wrestling rules (page 59); the point at which it says how to determine the ATN, the text becomes unreadably narrow, meaning I have absolutely no idea how the wrestling rules work.

The header is also missing from pages 60 & 61.

Hector, the missing wrestling text reads thus:
Quote:
.. the opponent's ST +1/
10lbs over your weight. Thus if wrestler A has ST 5, and
weighs 180lbs, and wrestler B was ST 4 and weighs 250lbs,
then wrestler A's TN is 11 ...
