Sure... :)

I'm confident most of the forumites are eager to know what's the state of the Driftwood right now and the future of TROS in general? And whether there's any chance that SatF is ever published or not.

Other than that, it's been sooo damn long since we've managed to actually reach someone from the "inside" that I'm sure that people are happy to talk in mostly any subject related (and not related) to TROS. :)

Well, a few things. First, I'm in no way actually associated with Driftwood Publishing right now. I haven't heard from George in much longer than any of you (probably not since, um, 2006?...I don't really remember).

As for rules clarifications. I can tell you what I think I meant, but I don't even have a copy of the book with me right now (I'm a geographical bachelor crashing at a friends while I separate from the Active Army for the next month).

But...I want to get involved as a player, forumite, whatever. It's been a while and I miss playing TROS. I miss lopping off toes and things (and, love BW as I might, you can't lop off anyone's toes quite the same way, can you?).

So let's keep this board alive. Technically, I'm just a fan like you guys now!

Jake

Well shucks. And there was I hoping that this was a sign that the official website might go back up soon so I could re-download the simulator :P.

That's the plan.

Welcome back Jake, TRoS can always use another dedicated fan, especially when that dedicated fan is the creator ;)

Hector, there is two TRoS sites, the one went down but the other stayed up. It is www.driftwoodpublishing.com and you can still download everything.

Cheers!

Wow, I didn't even know about www.driftwoodpublishing.com! Is that site maintained by DW?

I have no idea, my brother found it when he got into TRoS. We were talking on the phone one day and he was talking about being on Driftwood's site, I told him DW was down, to which he repled it wasn't and then directed my to the above link.

Cheers.
